Ashok H. Karva is an electronics and telecommunication engineer with with experience of over 32 years in planning, designing and implementation of more than 75 projects funded by national and international funding agencies. He is a founder of Mechatronics Systems Private Limited (MSPL), Pune, Maharashtra, India. Presently, he is a chairman and Director of the same organization. Apart from this, he is also business partner in Scem Enterprise since 1981.

Mr. Ashok Karva possesses key expertise in various businesses and consulting areas of water and agriculture sectors such as, dam/barrage/canal automation, real time data  acquisition and flood forecasting, IoT based smart irrigation system, Irrigation Network Management Information system, farmer information system, GIS based water and irrigation management information systems, smart city automation and analytics, artificial rainfall generation using Ion seeding, etc.
